BlueRescue Proposal
Overview
We offer a Free “Return to Owner” service for cell phones, called BlueRescue™, a wallpaper lockscreen that allows a person’s lost cell phone to be returned quickly and easily, using a safe and secure system.
This product is offered for free with the hope that a portion of users will buy the BlueTags™ SILVER Linings Subscription. BlueTags™ are a personal property protection kit/service consisting of 20 stickers, 2 ID tags, and 3 wristbands.
We are asking you to offer BlueRescue™ to your customers and associates for free. We will provide them a 50% discount on the BlueTags™ SILVER Linings Subscription kit and provide you the other 50% of the kit revenue.
Description
When your phone is lost, you simply hope someone will find it and return it to you. In fact, most people WANT to return your phone – they know how upset they would be and can totally relate to how you feel. But with almost all phones locked these days, they can’t!
We make this easy with BlueRescue™ Lock Screen which contains a unique one-of-a-kind QRcode and URL for each phone/customer. When scanned with any cell phone scanner app, or when the unique URL is typed into a browser, it shows the owner’s name/nickname, phone number, and email address so the Good Samaritan can contact them.
When scanned, the Good Samaritan sees the property owner’s contact information on their phone and can “tap to call”, “tap to text”, or “tap to email”. If they click “OK” to share their location, the owner instantly gets a text message with a google maps link that pinpoints the phone’s exact location.
Umm…wait what? – But they don’t have the phone with them because it’s lost! So how would that work?
They assign a 2nd contact number of someone, like their spouse or best friend and they get a text too! That way they can likely get their phone back immediately and not have to wait until they get home to read email.
The situation can critical and time sensitive if the phone is lost while at a sporting event, concert, or traveling.
They can also update the contact information at any time and as often as they want.
They can prove cell phone ownership with their Synthetic DNA™ using a One Time Password (OTP) and our DNA matching algorithm. This feature is a fantastic benefit we invented, but the technology is a little involved to explain here in this summary proposal. It is provided for free as part of the BlueRescue product.

Once they acquire the BlueRescue lockscreen, we will redirect them to a landing page (similar to this one) that has the BlueTags™ SILVER Linings Subscription offer at a 50% discount.
Financial
The BlueRescue LockScreen is free forever and requires no credit card. The BlueTags™ SILVER Linings Subscription is $39.95 for the kit plus a $19.95 / yr service fee. This proposal would allow your customers to get a 50% discount ($20 off ) the $39.95 kit and you keep the remaining $19.95 of the kit price.
